EGYPT. CAIRO. November, 2011. Tahrir square became the epicenter of the Egyptian uprising for the second time in 2011. Coming from the poor and middle class, protestors demonstrated against the military rulers for a week. Clashes between police and protesters erupted killing nearly 40 people. Millions of Egyptians are expected to head to voting polls Monday, November 28, in Egypt’s first parliamentary elections since the uprising that toppled the former Hosni Mubarak regime earlier this year.
